Common questions

• Change or cancel a booking: open the job under My Jobs and use the options there, or email us.
• Payment questions: receipts are issued by Stripe at booking; contact us for any billing issue.
• Reset your password: if you're signed in, Profile → Account settings → Change password.
• Delete your account: Profile → Account settings → Delete account (permanent).
• Become a Hero: tap "Apply as a Hero" on the welcome screen.
